After changing an external IP address or connection port of your camera, please follow the steps below to change the IP address under the Ozolio Dashboard:
- Sign in to your Ozolio Dashboard.
- Go to Cameras and locate your camera.
- Click on its gear icon or its actions menu and select Edit camera settings.
- To change the IP address, input the new data in the Camera Host field.
- If you've changed the HTTP port:
- Expand Advanced Options.
- Enter the new port into the HTTP Port field.
- Scroll down and click on Save Changes.
- If you've changed the stream port (RTSP):
- Navigate to the Streaming tab.
- Expand the Advanced Options.
- Enter the new RTSP port into the Stream Port field.
- Scroll down and click on Save Changes.
