In most cases, the camera/device is assigned to an internal IP address that is not accessible from the outside internet. Even though you can access the camera backend from your browser on the internal network, it does not mean Ozolio's service can access it externally. When contacting your IT Manager, please provide them with the following information:
- An explanation stating you purchased a webcam and that your network settings may need to be adjusted to allow the webcam to stream from your internal network.
- Please update your corporate network settings to allow TCP access to and from the following IP addresses:
