How to adjust a corporate firewall or router

In most cases, the camera/device is assigned to an internal IP address that is not accessible from the outside network. For more information, please take a look at our article about Camera availability and port forwarding.

Once you completed the port forwarding, please make sure that your external IP address is not protected by a corporate firewall. If your external IP address is protected by a firewall, then the firewall settings should be adjusted to allow TCP access to and from the following IP addresses: 

  • 23.235.229.243
  • 23.235.229.235
  • 108.170.59.123
  • 66.85.154.179
  • 108.170.59.147
  • 23.235.229.251
  • 131.153.23.179
  • 131.153.23.187
