In most cases, the camera/device is assigned to an internal IP address that is not accessible from the outside network. Please look at our article about Camera availability and port forwarding for more information.
Once you have completed the port forwarding, please ensure that your external IP address is not protected by a corporate firewall. If your external IP address is protected by a firewall, then the firewall settings should be adjusted to allow TCP access to and from the following IP addresses:
- 23.235.229.243
- 23.235.229.235
- 108.170.59.123
- 66.85.154.179
- 108.170.59.147
- 23.235.229.251
- 131.153.23.179
- 131.153.23.187
