1. In most cases the camera/device is assigned to an internal IP address that is not accessible from the outside internet. Even though you can access the camera backend from your browser on the internal network, it does not mean Ozolio's service can access it externally. For more information please take look at our article about Camera availability and port forwarding.
2. Corporate networks often have restrictions in place that block streaming video and audio in an attempt to save bandwidth. Your IT Manager may need to adjust your network settings by allowing connections to the IP addresses below. This will allow you to have the right permissions to connect and perform port forwarding to the camera, if necessary.
When contacting your IT Manager, please provide them with the following information:
- An explanation stating you purchased a webcam and that your network settings may need to be adjusted to allow the webcam to stream from your internal network.
- Please update your corporate network settings to allow TCP access to and from the following IP addresses:
If your IT Manager has any specific questions about the technology or need more information, they are welcome to contact our support team directly by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
